Smoothie Recipes 

Hey girlies and guys,

For this post I will be sharing with you all a few of my favourite smoothie recipes 


Smoothie #1: chocolate chip cookie 

Ingredients: 1 cup vanilla ice cream, milk, crumbled chocolate chip cookies, 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend.


Smoothie #2: strawberry and banana

For this recipe you need some strawberries, a banana, some milk, natural yoghurt and clear honey.

Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses 

Smoothie #3: chocolate – banana

Ingredients: 1 banana, I cup chocolate ice-cream, 1/2 cup milk, a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of ice 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth 

Smoothie #4: strawberry mango

Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk, 1 banana peeled and sliced, 1 mango skinned and chunked, 5 large strawberries 

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Smoothie #5: mango 

Ingredients for this recipe is chopped ripe mango, milk, plain yogurt and honey 

Place the mango, milk, ice, yogurt and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy
